• Any night halt due to bad weather, or If the Tour is cancelled due to reason beyond our control like Riots, Flood, landslide, road blockages, Political unrest, War, Accidents or any other natural Calamities or man-made misfortunes, and the program of the tour is required be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to borne by the guest/client. Due to these reasons, we may cancel some sightseeing places and there shall be no refund for the same.
• The booking will be confirmed with 50% advance of the amount of your package. Full amount has to be deposited 15days prior to the date of journey.
• Rescheduling of booking will be done subject to availability of hotel rooms, vehicle and on payment of extra cost if demanded by hotels and vehicle owners/drivers subject to if applied 10days before journey date.
• Company reserves the right to shuffle any destination depending on the weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control.
• Any extras apart from the meals/inclusions prescribed in the itinerary will be borne by the passengers directly.
• Expenses made towards any new inclusion in the itinerary not mentioned previously in the original itinerary list will be chargeable on actual basis.
• All kinds of expenses including night halt charges that arise because of a natural calamity or unforeseen situations shall be borne by the guest/customer (in the form of weather, government restrictions, strikes, agitations, political disturbances of other nature, etc).
• Our packages schedule are a fixed departure tour, and all departure timings of each destination are fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the mentioned scheduled departure on each day of the tour as briefed by us or our representative/tour operator.
• Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
• Once the package quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque/cash/bank account/UPI/phone pe/google pay to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash/upi/bank account or draft at the time when the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
• Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to pay the differences.
• Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
• Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated to us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
• In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
• Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
• The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
• For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
• WishnTravel can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.
• In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
• Once we send the package quotation to you via mail or whatsapp and you have sent us the advance booking amount of the same, it is then considered that you have accepted it & have read the complete package information and agree with booking terms & conditions, payment policy and cancellation policy.
